“This cleaners is convenient to uptown residents and decent regarding dry clean services. They are not good with customer service or with their tailoring. Problems occur when service falls short and owner/employees deny any wrongdoing. Very unprofessional. I was measured here for a bridesmaid dress, the owner measured me wrong, denied that he measured me wrong (measured my waist in the wrong place and was off by 10 inches), and refused to refund me the 7$ he had charged me for measurements. He then told me that any tailoring would be full price and that it was my fault that I had ordered a dress that was too big. I had a terrible experience, was insulted by rude staff, and will never go back. So much for me going there for help with measurements! ” -

Bright Star Cleaners “This cleaners did a horrible job on my curtains. My custom maid drapes were in perfect condition when I brought them in to be cleaned. When I picked them up a week later, they were shrunk by two inches on the bottom and all of the 34 pleats were distroyed. These curtains were unrepairable and the owner Laura Dorf refused to return the $79 that she charged me for them. She was irate and nasty when I called her on two occasions. Don\\'t bring anything of value to this cleaner”
